1.Certificate of Incorporation, Business Registration License, 1 sets of Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A), a pre-ink copy for authorize signature
2.A set of Certified True Copies for all set up documents issued by C.P.A
3.Providing a copy of Identity card, or passport or the Homeland Travel Pass of the director is required for corporation director.
4. All directors, shareholders and bank authorized signatories need to provide address proof, e.g. original water/telephone bill, bank statement issued within 2 months. If any address proof is neither in English nor Chinese, you are required to have a local lawyer to translate it into English and certify its English version.
5. Please deposit $5000-$6000 into new bank account after deducts the service charge at your side.
6. All directors, shareholders and bank authorized signatories need come to their branch/subsidiary, so that they can witness their signatures and verify their passport copies.
